I just wanted to share a little bit about myself and let you know how I got to where I am today PLEASE READ THIS POST TIL THE END IT CHANGED MY LIFE AND IT CAN YOURS TOO

Picture from the Diamond Mastermind I just attended in July 2017

I grew up on a farm where we raised tobacco and all of our food (literally), made our own flour, cornmeal, had annual hog killings, had our own cows, chickens etc   We rarely went to the store to buy anything when I was growing up.  It was even a luxury for us to get a “soda” or candy.  My mom even sewed all my clothes I didn’t even have my first pair of “blue jeans” until I was 13.  That would be unheard of today not having blue jeans at an early age.  Not only did she sew all our clothes but she also even sewed clothes for my one or two Barbie Dolls that I had.

Myself and my 4 older brothers worked hard growing up working in the fields and there was no going and doing anything else until all the work in the tobacco fields, the garden etc was done.  If we wasn’t out in the field working we was shucking corn, shelling peas, canning pickles, tomato juice  You get the picture…….

I am not saying all of this for a pity party because hard work never hurt anybody and I never looked at it like that as a matter of fact I always looked at it like all the hard work made me the person I am today, helped me to appreciate things, realized that things wasn’t just handed over to me I had to “WORK” for it!!!   (one thing I will throw in here is you know on a farm you always had to get up early and my Dad would always say ‘THE EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM” and my reply to that was “BUT DAD I DON’T LIKE WORMS”  but that never kept me from having to get up at the crack of dawn and do my chore no matter how late I had stayed up.

At 17 my last year of high school we had this program where you could work half day and school half day so that is when I started my journey working at the chemical plant I spent the better part of my life at up until February 2017, then they just came in one day and said was eliminating 9 jobs and mine was one of them.  Let me tell you that was tough for me I went into a state of depression for 2 months, felt sorry for myself blah blah blah that is all I had ever know was farming and working at that plant.

But I will back up a little bit as the years went on it seemed I had to spend increasingly more hours at the plant and less time with my family. The days at the plant got longer and longer the plantwide shutdowns year to year took a big chunk out of my time working 7 days a week, 12 hours a day for 6 weeks straight and then to think after all the time of my life I had given to that plant they walk in one day and “poof” I know longer had a job.  I felt defeated at that point, felt like a failure like what am I going to do now…..  For the past 35 years, I had been a slave, felt like a slate to that chemical plant that I started working in when I was 17yrs old….

I am a Happy Mother of 2 beautiful daughters I basically raised my 2 daughters on my own (with a little help from my parents).  My dad always used to say he would be glad to help any of us out as long as we were willing to do our part.  I also have 6 amazing grandchildren of whom I was missing a lot of time with due to the long hours at the plant so I was already searching for a better way to make a living I knew there had to be a better way of life and  I wasn’t getting any younger, 53, years old and I was just growing so tired, tired of worrying about basically anything, just plain tired to the point started affecting my health, my state of mind and my relationships with my family.

So before losing my job I had an even more setbacks the year before.  In 2016 I had one daughter who lost a child, another grandchild born with some major health issues but praise the lord things are going well with her (we call her our “miracle baby)” and then my father passed away in April of 2016 (I had already lost my mom 5 years earlier) so before even losing my job you could see where my life was heading……….down to the bottom or so it felt!!!!

So as I said am NOW, 53 years old and had worked hard all of my life…. there had to be a better way to live my life and be able to spend time with my beautiful family.

As I was searching for a better way to work from home, I clicked on a link that took me to a business opportunity that would change my life….and here I am for the first time trying something totally out of my character working online from home, from the beach basically anywhere I want to that has the internet.

I knew, for things to change, “I” had to change, and believe in myself.

You know, they say, “life is short”.  SO I am so happy I took that leap of faith that day and clicked on the link that lead me to a whole new way of life.

The older I got all I wanted was the freedom to choose to work from wherever and whenever I wanted and spend the time with my family and share the knowledge, freedom and wealth with them as well.

So, having said all that, just a few months later, surrounded by “like minded” entrepreneurs, here I am, sitting in costa rica  creating business opportunities for me and my family  and scaling my business to yet another level.

If you’ve ever considered making a change in your life or if  you’ve had a setback in your life, like I did, and are looking for a better way, I encourage you to learn more…. click the link below now and you can get started today.
